Náklady úvěrového financování v kontextu vzájemného vztahu banky a firmy

The paper deals with the influence of specific characteristics of the company, specific characteristics of the banking market, and macroeconomic fundamentals on the credit financing of the company (these are credit costs). Thus, whether the specifics of the company play a greater role in credit behavior, interest country’s economy, or on the contrary, the specifics of the banking market play a greater role. Part of the paper is the identification of whether the increase in interest rates is caused by changes in the supply of credit or changes in the demand for credit in relation to the size of the company and regional organization in the EU. At the end of the paper are proposed appropriate economic and political recommendations.

Home office ako efektívny nástroj na zachovanie business kontinuity

The bachelor thesis deals with the research of the home office and its course during the Covid – 19 pandemics. The bachelor thesis provides a view of the work at the home office before the pandemic, how this situation changed during the pandemic and how it is perceived by various companies from their point of view. The work consists of two parts, namely literature research and an analytic part. The literary research examines the issue of home office from various perspectives and components such as legislation, history and development of home office, in-dividual advantages, and disadvantages for employees and companies and OSH. The second part of bachelor thesis focuses on the examination of secondary data from available sources, which should provide an overall picture of the impact of the pandemic on a whole society, which are complemented by qualitative inter-views with representatives of individual companies. The qualitative interviews are intended to reflect the real situation of companies during the Covid – 19 pan-demics, how they managed the rapid transition to a full – fledged home office and what problems they encountered during the pandemic.

Identifikace finanční tísně v různých fázích hospodářského cyklu

The diploma thesis focuses on the identification of financial distress in different phases of the economic cycle. The literature overview is devoted to the summary of existing bankruptcy models, which expands the effects of macroeconomic fundamentals in the prediction of financial distress. Empirical analysis based on panel data uses logistic regression with fixed effects to model the probability of financial distress using corporate and macroeconomic variables. The results of the analysis demonstrate the importance of both groups of indicators with an emphasis on the impact of the business cycle and the size of companies.

Rentabilita firmy v podmínkách ČR a jiného státu

The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify the factors influencing the return on equity invested in companies located in the V4 countries. The reference period is the period 2009–2018. Independent variables are evaluated based on the effect on the ROE dependent variable. In the case of the Czech Republic were identified 4 factors as statistically significant, namely companies with 50–249 employees, companies with 250 or more employees, new established companies and inflation. In the resulting models of the remaining V4 countries were included macroeconomic and corporate factors. Frequent factors in these models were factors representing companies of different sizes or inflation.

The Bachelor thesis “Statutory Body’s Remuneration and its Optimalization” discusses the remuneration of statutory bodies and defines possibilities of their remuneration. The thesis describes the term of the statutory body and the legislation concept of statutory bodies. It also examines the theoretical possibilities of remuneration and their tax burden. Next the thesis describes the relation of individual revenues to the statutory social and health insurance. The thesis also includes a part dealing with suggestion for improvement of statutory body’s remuneration so that associated costs are minimized in practical examples.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the description of grinding machines. The goal of this paper is to describe the evolution of the grinding machines as well as the contemporary grinding machines. Further this paper analyses the construction of the machines and points at the possibilities of thein future improvement. This paper also lists the companies that produce the grinding machines and attempts to identify the main differences among thein products. The paper is finalized with the summary.

This work focuses on description of drilling (boring) machines. The main thing is to describe machines and their construction along with new possibilities of modern age. Companies that have a strong position on market will be presented and a calculation of a spindle will be interpreted. This thesis is consisted of four parts, beginning with the machines description, through the presentation of companies, to the characteristic of spindle and illustration its calculation. At the end there is a total summary.

My project concerns the comparison of different forms of business from tax revenue’s perspective. At the begining I explain basic terms concern practical part, witch are companies, commercial activity and tasex, mainly taxes from income legal entities and individuals. In practical part I regulate three diferent highness of income in view of public company, limited company and self-employed. At the end I evaluace general situation and find out, witch kind of business is in my opinion the most appropriate

My work is focused on description of CNC lathe machines. The aim is to describe CNC, its evolution, analyze the construction of the machine and show possibilities of development in the future. Furthermore to mention companies that produce this kind of machines and try to define main differences among machines. This work is divided into four main parts. The first one is the evolution, second is description of CNC machine and companies engaged in their production. At the end is evaluation of whole work.

This thesis seeks to analyze the impact of a range of projects of Chamber of Commerce Brno on the entrepreneurs from the respective region. The thesis describes the structure and the overall operation of the Chamber of Commerce Brno as well as its several projects. In order to evaluate, there are three marketing researches that need to be taken into a consideration. Those marketing researches had been realised during the period of 2005 – 2007. Baring the results risen from the abovementioned marketing researchs in mind, the created situation has been assessed, and based on the personal experience the recommendations dedicated to the management have been created.
