Kompletní rentgenové studium pole zbytkového napětí způsobeného balotinováním ocelí
Ganev, N. ; Čerňanský, Marian ; Drahokoupil, Jan ; Kolařík, K.
The contribution informs about a contemporaneous depth profile determination of both, the macro/ and microscopic residual stresses insurface layers. The results obtained indicate that depth distributions of both the quantities in surface layers are dissimilar.
Lomově-mechanické parametry obecných singulárních koncentrátorů napětí
Knésl, Zdeněk ; Klusák, Jan ; Náhlík, Luboš
A universal approach to assessment of general singular stress concentrtors in terms of linear elastic fracture mechanics is formulated. tentative criterion of stability suggested makes it possible to answer the question whether in the vicinity of the general singular stress concentrator the crack is initiated or not. The stability of a bi-material wedge is discussed.
R-vlny v tenkých vzorcích zhotovených z laminátů či anisotropních kovů
Červ, Jan
The differences between of Rayleigh waves propagated along the edge of a thin orthotropic medium made of laminate or given metallic structure are studied in the paper.
Aerodynamic support for a big rotating machines
Šimek, J. ; Kozánek, Jan ; Šafr, M.
Aerodynamic bearing support for a 100 kW input industrial turboblower was designed and partly tested. Rigid rotor with about 50 kg mass was run up to the maximum operating speed of 18.000 rpm. The rotor is supported in two aerodynamic tilting-pad journal bearings 120 mm in diameter, the axial forces are taken up by aerodynamic thrust bearing 250 mm in diameter. The tests showed trouble-free operation of journal bearings up to maximum operating speed.
To the composition of mathematical physical model of strong nonlinear planetary gearbox with three double satellite gears and to the solution of its dynamic properties. II - Numerical analysis in system Matlab/Simulink
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
Lateral backlash in gear mesh due to production technology of planetary gearbox, mounting and manufacturing tolerance have in dynamics of high speed light gear systems an important role. Problems of damping influence in the lubricant layer in gear mesh as well as in the oil layer in gear backlash have connection with qualitative and quantitative behaviour - impacts in such nonlinear parametric systems.
To the composition of mathematical physical model of strong nonlinear planetary gearbox with three double satellite gears and to the solution of its dynamic properties. I - Analysis by means of integrodifferential equations
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
The contribution is focused to the theory of mathematical physical modelling of planetary systems with double satellite gears and their construction in the form of serial parallel chains of kinematic pairs of gears. Analytical motion analysis leads to the solution of systems weakly and strongly nonlinear parametric integrodifferential equations with solving core in the form of Green´s resolvent by means of soccesive approximation.
