Bifurcation characteristics in parametric systems with combined linear and non-linear damping
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
The damping or the damping forces represent certain speciality in the investigation of the internal dynamics of the transmission systems. The special significance has this damping parameter especially in the areas of impact effects in the high-speed light aircraft and mobile transmission constructions. On the example of gear mesh in one branch of forces-flow in the pseudoplanetary reducer deals the paper with some partial results of the analysis of the influence of combination damping, i.e. linear and non-linear damping, on the gear mesh dynamics.
An influence of prestress by combined random loading
Svoboda, Jaroslav ; Balda, Miroslav ; Fröhlich, Vladislav
The contribution deals with findings concerning an influence of static load in combination with random dynamic torgue on fatigue life of tube specimens made out of the steel ČSN 411523.1. A generalized formula has been found for fatigue life expressed in a number of loading blocks of torgue process as a function of its standard deviation. It joins both components of the combined loading in one expression. The formula yields very precise estimates of fatigue lives.
An improvement of the vibrodiagnostic system for research of rotating machine parts vibration
Procházka, Pavel ; Vaněk, František ; Pešek, Luděk ; Cibulka, Jan ; Vaněk, Petr
Methods of frequency analysis of rotating turbine blade vibration from tip-timing measurements are discussed. Procedures for increasing in accuracy of amplitude and frequency evaluations of blade vibration are suggested. Optimization of sensor positioning of a multi-channel vibrodiagnostic system has been solved by means of numerical and experimental modeling. A novel method for axial rotor displacements measurement is presented.
Identifikace tuhosti a tlumení aerostatických ložisek
Kozánek, Jan ; Šimek, J. ; Steinbauer, P. ; Bílkovský, A.
Paper is a final part of work on subject of dynamic properties identification of aerostatic journal bearings with use of Rotor Kit Bently Nevada, started in 2006. Different bearing types were experimentally investigated and their static and dynamic characteristics were identified. More sophisticated methods of identification were used and spectral and modal properties were calculated. Computer program was revised on the basis of experimental data. The influence of non-diagonal stiffness and damping elements was investigated by numeric simulation.
Dva způsoby stanovení meze stability
Půst, Ladislav ; Kozánek, Jan
Analysis of two methods used for ascertaining stability of dynamical systems was carried out on a mathematical model of experimental stand of aerodynamic bearings. It was proofed that method of direct eigenvalue calculation gives practically the same results obtained from the solution of equations of motion by means of integral Runge Gutta procedure.
Dynamic deformations of beams connected by damping element
Půst, Ladislav
Dynamic properties of two similar, parallel, one-sided clamped beams connected by a damping element on their free ends are analytically and numerically investigated. A harmonic motion excites the end of one of these beams. The main attention is given to the ascertaining of deflection shapes of beams at different types, orientations and levels of damping force
