Elektronický zdravotní záznam a telemedicína
Špidlen, Josef
Článek shrnuje disertační práci Josefa Špidlen, která převážně studuje možnosti reprezentace elektronického zdravotního záznamu. Obsaženy jsou pilotní implementace založené na nových technikách, flexibilních strukturách popsaných prostředky teorie grafů, XML a moderní aplikační architektuře. Navíc je analyzováno několik telemedicínských přístupů včetně mobilní Javy. Na některé z nových technologií byly podány České patentové přihlášky.
Data Structure Estimation - Rule Based Algorithm
Řimnáč, Martin
The data structure estimation may provide a connection between the semantic web vision and currently used web sources containing no semantic description of presented information. It enables information from web pages to be processed by semantic web tools with the best to be known about these sources, with the source estimated data structure. The paper gives a method description and presents its usage for a inductive logic programming task. The advantages of a rule-based system usage is given as well.
International Nomenclatures and Metathesauruses in Healthcare
Přečková, Petra
The article describes various international nomenclatures and metathesauri used in healthcare. The main emphasis is put on UMLS, especially on UMLS Methasaurus, which we use for mapping of professional health terminology. The article describes efforts to verify practical usability of internationally used terminological thesauri and classifications. For that purpose attributes of Minimal Data Model for Cardiology, Data Standard of Ministry of Health of CR and chosen commercial hospital systems are used.
Relační model dat s uspořádáním
Nedbal, Radim
The paper proposes to extend the classical relational data model by the notion of preference realized through a partial ordering on the set of relation instances. The extension involves not only data representation but also data manipulation.
Integrace v systému VirGIS a na sémantickém webu
Linková, Zdeňka
Integration has been an acknowledged data processing problem for a long time. However, there is no universal tool for general data integration. Because various data descriptions, data heterogeneity, and machine unreadability, it is not easy way. Improvement in this situation could bring the Semantic Web. Its idea is based on machine understandable web data, which bring us an opportunity of better automated processing. The SemanticWeb is still a future vision, but there are already some features we can use. The paper describes how is integration solved in mediation integration system VirGIS and discusses use of nowadays Semantic Web features to improve it. According to the proposed changes, a new ontology that covers data used in VirGIS is presented.
Proudění tekutiny s viskozitou závislou na tlaku v kluzném ložisku.
Lanzendörfer, Martin
Journal bearing could be imagined as two eccentric cylinders, separated by fluid. Within this simple geometry we investigate the flow of non-Newtonian fluid. We briefly mention related theoretical results and previous investigations and provide numerical simulations of the planar steady flow within the annular region using the finite element method. We compare several example situations discussing the parameters of the model
Jádrové regularizční sítě
Kudová, Petra
The paper deals with Kernel Based Regularization Networks. We propose a technique for estimation of the explicit parameters of the learning algorithm and introduce new types of kernels - Product and Sum Kernels. Described algorithms are demonstrated on experiments.
Stručné porovnání dvou strategií vážení pro Random Forests
Kotrč, Emil
This paper is concerned with a theoretical comparison of two different modifications of Random Forests method based on weighing of leaves.
Jazyk pro vykonávání lékařských doporučení kódovaných v GLIF.
Kolesa, Petr
This paper describes issues we faced during developement of an executable representation of guidelines formalized the Guideline Interchange Format (GLIF). Next we implemented a pilot engine, which will be able to process such guidelines. The engine has been designed as a component of the MUltimedia Distributed Record system version 2. When developing executable representation of guidelines we paid attention to use existing technologies to achieve the highest reusability.
