The aim of this Bachelor thesis is the measurement of business performance of the company MILK-AGRO, spol. s r. o. for the period 2013 – 2017. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical basis and definitions of the basic terms. In the second part, these basis are practically used and based on financial analysis, there is described the current financial condition. In the final part, based on the results, there are proposals to improve financial status of the company.

Analysis of the distribution chain in MILK-AGRO, spol. s. r. o.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu logistických procesů ve společnosti MILK- AGRO, spol. s. r. o., která působí v potravinářském průmyslu. Práce má za cíl prozkoumat současné procesy ve firmě a navrhnout zlepšení, které přispějí ke snižování nákladů společnosti. Pozornost bude věnována současnému způsobu skladování zboží a distribučnímu procesu. Práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení green logistiky, její legislativní prameny a praktickou aplikaci konceptu na nový produkt společnosti. Na základě zjištěných informací o distribučním procesu ve firmě je v diplomové práci rozvinuta reverzní logistika a její praktická aplikace. Práce zkoumá výhody a nevýhody implementace produktu vytvořeného podle konceptu reverzní logistiky a rozebírá legislativní, distribuční i motivační hledisko. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení současného způsobu uskladnění zboží i návrh nové distribuční trasy.
