Diplomová práce je návrhem podnikatelského záměru rozvoje firmy Vimar s.r.o. s ohledem na realizaci servisní haly. Přitom byly zhodnoceny všechny relevantní faktory jakými jsou: ekonomické, mimoekonomické, legislativní změny v oboru. V neposlední řadě bylo posouzeno finančního zdraví společnosti a současně náhled na projekt z hlediska realizovatelnosti navrhovaného řešení.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is the measurement of business performance of the company MILK-AGRO, spol. s r. o. for the period 2013 – 2017. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical basis and definitions of the basic terms. In the second part, these basis are practically used and based on financial analysis, there is described the current financial condition. In the final part, based on the results, there are proposals to improve financial status of the company.
