This thesis aims to design an information system for an organization. The information system will provide the organization with a unified place to organize their data about their current development projects. The proposed solution will be integrated with other information systems such as CRM, which was chosen as a ready-made solution to reduce the costs. The thesis is divided into three chapters, the first chapter focuses on the theoretical background, the second chapter focuses on analysis, and in the third chapter, a new information system design is proposed.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to choose a selected information system in the context of a selected company. The work based on its evaluation provides views on its effectiveness and efficiency. Through its evaluation, the work presents its own proposal for its improvement.

Application of Fuzzy Logic for Evaluating Investments in Stock Markets

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of investments in stock markets through decision support models. Within the work, two decision support systems in the MS Excel and MATLAB programming environments are designed and created, which are implemented using fuzzy logic. The work describes the theoretical basis of the work, work in software environments, and the selection of investments in the stock market. The thesis also contains a definition of evaluation criteria and a description of the creation process of the decision-making system, from which investment recommendations are derived.

The aim of this diploma thesis is an analysis together with an assessment of the current state of the information system of the selected company, with the subsequent proposal of specific solutions. One of the proposed changes is devoted to the issue of the process of calls for payment of invoices. These specific solutions should lead to the optimization of the selected process and the improvement of the current state of the system.

The content of this master’s thesis is the analysis of human resources governance and its current state, the projecting of business processes and asset management owing to which the incoming information system will be selected and implemented. Undoubtedly, the company separation from its erstwhile owner, which ensured the termination of the present system’s technical support, represented the main initiative for the realization of the new system.

The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Rating of Suppliers

The master’s thesis deals with the design and implementation of decision models for the evaluation and subsequent selection of suppliers of powder paints for the company Kenzel s.r.o. Decision models are created in MS Excel and MathWorks MATLAB and use the principles of fuzzy logic. The thesis describes the theoretical basis of the work, the current state of the company and the implementation of both proposed models. Part of the work is also the selection of evaluation criteria on the basis of which the evaluation of selected suppliers takes place.

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem identifikačního systému ve formě konceptuálního návrhu pro firmu Imperial invest funds s.r.o., cílem práce je snížit neefektivní alokaci zdrojů, zautomatizovat procesy a zvýšit integrovanost CRM ve fungování podniku. Hlavním cílem je vytvořit novou zákaznickou platformu která umožní využívání moderní analýzy zákazníků v offline prodeji. A vytvořit základ pro budoucí vývoj funkcionalit této platformy.

Řezná keramika a její efektivní využití

První část této práce, uvádí základní poznatky o řezné keramice (druhy, značení, struktura, fyzikálně-mechanické vlastnosti, použití, výroba) a hodnotí tento nástrojový materiál z hlediska řezivosti. Druhá část je zaměřena na komplexní zpracování dat o sortimentu keramických řezných materiálů významných producentů nástrojových materiálů a porovnání pracovních podmínek (druh obráběného materiálu, řezné podmínky), které výrobci doporučují pro efektivní soustružnické aplikace svých druhů řezné keramiky.

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice posouzení informačního systému společnosti Vinařství Soška s.r.o. a návrhu na jeho zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretická východiska práce, následuje analýza společnosti, jejího okolí a informačních systémů. Poslední část předkládá návrhy na zlepšení informačního systému společnosti a volbu konkrétního řešení společně s ekonomickým zhodnocením.
