The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to develop extending documentation of DSP and DPS, that is based on the studio project developed in the subject AG033. According to the assignment, the facility is going to the function of presentation, sale and service of cars for the brands associated under the name of the volkswagen group. The building is considered as a single-storey new building without a basement. The addressed property is located in the city of Mikulov in Morava and is connected to the Jiráskova street on the northern side. The floorplan shape of the building follows the shape of the property. The facility is divided by height, shape and color into four mutually dilated parts, that are the showroom used for the sale and show of cars, the area used for the facility staff, the warehouse intended for the storage of parts and the service itself for servicing of škoda, audi, seat, volkswagen cars belonging to the volkswagen group association. The individual functional parts are therefore differentiated by their height and shape, but interconnected for the operation of the entire facility.
