The final thesis is focused on the employee compensation system in the selected company. It is divided into three parts. The first part discusses the remuneration system from a theoretical point of view and is based on professional publications. The second part analyzes the current state of the employee compensation system in the company and the internal and external factors that influence it. The third part contains suggestions for improving the current remuneration system.
