Master’s thesis deals with the use of virtualization and consolidation technologies in order to optimize IT infrastructure in a selected company. The analysis contains current state of IT infrastructure and requirements for future upgrade. The theoretical part contains description of technologies and procedures used in virtualization and consolidation. Subsequently, the proposal of optimization and expansion of IT equipment is created together with management, implementation and economic evaluation of the solution.

Elementary School Network Infrastructure Design

The Bachelor's thesis deals with design of computer network for selected elementary school. The thesis is divided into three parts. The analytical part contains an analysis of the current state. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of individual technical solutions and various strategies in the design of a computer network. In the practical part, there is a realistic design of a computer network in which the described strategies and hardware from the theoretical part are used. The aim of the thesis is to correctly design the network based on the investor's requirements.
