ABSTRACT The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to design and do project documentation of a residential building in Brno-venkov (Rajhrad). The building has four flat units; 5 for each above ground floor level. The flats on each storey semitrical each other and are identical in disposition. The basement is designed mainly as a storage place; cellars for the flats bicycle and stroller room,storage,cleaners room ,technical room ,washing and dryer room and toilets . The structure of the building is comprised of lime sand blocks as load bearing walls, lime sand blocks partition and monolithic slabs. Basement is design from monolithic structures. The roof is flat. The whole building is proposed with architectorical and functional in relation to the given locality.
