	The Project Proposal for Implementation of the Application LogMeIn Rescue in Selected Company Imrichová, Michaela Mária ; Placzek, Roman (oponent) ; Doskočil, Radek (vedoucí práce) The subject of this bachelor thesis is to create a project proposal with the aim of introducing LogMeIn Rescue application into service support in order to improve the service. The design is created in a selected environment of Thermo Fisher Scientific, which is active in the market for the production of electron microscopes. The primary factor in this work is the selection of suitable project management tools and their subsequent application to the practical level with an emphasis on achieving some form of benefit. 	Project Risk Management Proposal in Selected Company Imrichová, Michaela Mária ; Malý, Otakar (oponent) ; Doskočil, Radek (vedoucí práce) The diploma thesis deals with risk management in a selected information system implementation project. Project management tools and selected types of analyses were used to meet the objective of the thesis, the output of which is a complete identification of project risks. The risk management process is followed based on the RIPRAN method. The design part of the thesis is the space for quantification, creation of measures and incorporation of supporting activities in the field of monitoring and communication.
