Social policy aspects in Just Transition Plan from the perspective of Multiple Streams Framework

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the analysis of the process of creation of social policy in the Just Transition Plan (JTP). JTP is the leading document of the Just Transition Fund, which is part of the Operational Programme Just Transition Fund. This program helps the three most affected regions with the transformation of the coal industry. Primary goal of the Just Transition is the end of coal mining and coal energy. However, the fund can also be used for other purposes, and one of them is the involvement of social policy in the form of aiding those who lost their job as a result of the transformation, as well as the long-term unemployed. It is a support from the European Union, however the EU gives the recipients of the subsidy quite a lot of freedom in the creation of Just Transition Plan. The analysis is based on the based on the theoretical concept of the Multiple Streams Framework. The main goal is the identification of factors, which influenced the creation of social policy in the JTP, and the sub-questions are based on the theoretical framework and ask about the state of the three streams, window of opportunity, relevant actors, framing of problems and their solutions. Conditions of development of small company in tourism

This bachelor work is about condnitions of development of small and middle companies in tourism. The objective of this bachelor work is to evaluate conditions of development of guest-house Yetti, analyse position of this company in competition, analyse management system, evaluate possibilities of use of operating aids and suggest solutions of further development. Guest-house Yetti was founded in 2003 and is situated in Jizerské hory in a small village called Horní Maxov. When Yetti came to Horní Maxov its strategy was very well able to compete and had a lot of satisfied customers. But after few years the interest of customers began to fall down. Why did it happen? It appeared that good idea is not enough to be successful in business. Good directing is important for business as well as competitive advantage. This bachelor work is evaluatng a marketing mix of guest-house Yetti. Produckt, price and people seems to be all right but place, promotion, packaging, partnership and programing are uncared. Business for own account in tourism is not easy, it has many obstackles and many oportunities. It takes a lot of energy and time, but business for own account gives the businessman freedom.

Small-scale forest units and their usage for town side recreation

This thesis is dealing with town side recreation. Natural environment, with forest as a dominating factor, is very important in this issue. Forests attract their visitors thanks to specific atmosphere and mostly they don{\crq}t need any additional equipment to fulfill their purpose within the frame of tourism. This doesn{\crq}t apply on smaller forest stands, so-called small-scale forest units, that attract just minimal attention by themselves. Small-scale forest units are offering relax potential, but this potential need to be developed. Through the use of convenient ground shaping, equipping and promotion of these small-scale forest units is possible to gain new recreation localities. This thesis is dealing with development of small-scale forest units nearby city Tábor.
