Recruiting new IT Empoyes in the Labour Market

The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is a proposal how to improve the process of recruiting new employees in the field of IT in the personnel agency RTSG, s.r.o. The bachelor thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concepts in the field of human resources and also the basic concepts in the field of IT. The analytical part contains information about the company and its operation. A questionnaire survey was used for data collection, on the basis of which specific recommendations were proposed, which should improve the recruitment process.

Thesis title: Employing Foreigners The aim of the diploma thesis is an analysis of the legal conditions concerning the employment of foreign nationals in the Czech Republic. The second goal is the detection of the situation regarding employing foreigners in Great Britain. The analysis is followed by a comparison thanks to which the thesis offers possible inspiration for Czech laws. Part of the thesis also deals with the effects of Brexit on foreign workers. The diploma thesis is mainly based on the study of laws and connected regulations, related publications, commentaries and present articles. In the thesis, there were used descriptive and analytical methods followed at the end by comparative one. Thesis is divided into four main chapters further split into subchapters. In the first part, the thesis deals with the distinction of fundamental terms which are used in subsequent chapters. The introductory subchapters describe the international elements in labour-law relationships and residency types for foreigners in the Czech Republic, which are closely related to their employment. Occupational Health and Safety with Focus on Atypical Forms of Employment

Thesis Title: Occupational Health and Safety with Focus on Atypical Forms of Employment The thesis aims to analyse and present the rules of occupational health and safety (OHS). The second goal of the thesis is the research of OHS solutions in atypical forms of employments with regard to current development of working relationships. The thesis also deals with the question of atypical forms of employment and the ensuring of OHS in Germany (GER). The collected information is used for comparison and evaluation of both countries and their attitudes toward OHS in atypical forms of employment. Part of the thesis is also devoted to possible course of OHS in the atypical forms of employment de lege ferenda including potential inspiration from GER in connection with ensuring of OHS. The thesis is mainly based on study of laws, relevant literature, comments and current articles. In the thesis, the descriptive and analytical method are used and at the end supplemented by the comparative one. The thesis is divided into six chapters that are split systematically into subchapters. The first part is focused on the definitions of fundamental terms that are further used in the following chapters. Rozbor alternativního použití těžebně dopravních technologií u Lesního družstva Přibyslav

The objective of this diploma work is the use of mining transportation technology at the Přibyslav Forest Cooperative. The work deals with the overall characteristic of moto-manual mining, harvesting technology and the creation of criteria for their most effective use for forest crops. Suitable crop growth for the use of moto-manual mining was selected based on the following criteria: terrain type and edaphic category, economic method, minimum age and mining regulation. The selection of suitable crops for the use of harvesting technology was conducted based on the following criteria: terrain type and edaphic category, minimum representation of conifers, economic method, minimum age, mining regulation, type of chassis and the cut of the harvesting head. Furthermore, the work includes an approximate calculation of the mining expenses and bringing the wood closer when using harvesting technology and moto-manual mining as well as comparing the results of the individual technologies.

The bachelor thesis deals with the utilization of heavy horses for skidding operations in Forest cooperative communities Přibyslav focusing on forest district Staré Ransko. The thesis is focused on the tradesman whose activities are services within the forestry and logging. It analyzes the portion of horse timber skidding on the forest district. The work deals with the care of horses, purchase and operating costs as well as with an overview of the work done by horses on the forest sector Ransko during the period from 2010 to 2013. The portion of horses on total timber skidding was 59 % in 2010, 44 % in 2011, 33 % in 2012 and 26 % in 2013 year.
