Conductive model of human tissue for electroporation purposes
Zelinková, Kateřina - Šarlota ; Cipín, Radoslav (referee) ; Novotná, Veronika (advisor)
This thesis solves the issue of the distribution of the high voltage pulse at the electroporation of the arget ablation zone. For futher examination of influence electroporation was necessary to first understand theoretically electrical charakter of cells and replace with basics eletrical circumferential elements (RLC). Based on this knowledge, theoretical prerequisites for experimental measurements were derived. Theoretical assumptions were then verified by experimental measurements. In the measurement, the assumptions found were confirmed, but significant performance losses were identified. A new catheter was designed to reduce the loss. Because the production of a new catheter is not economically disadvantageous, the properties of the new catheter were first tested using the simulation cloud environment SIMSCALE, where the heating of the heart tissue after the application of the electroporation pulse was monitored. Furthermore, the electroporation process was simulated in the FEMM program, where emphasis was placed on the propagation of cardiac tissue tension.
Financing of Business Activities
Zelinková, Kateřina ; Dostálová, Hana (referee) ; Heralecký, Tomáš (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with a suitable form of financing business. Specifically financing of extension storage place in the company. Therefore analyzes thepossibilities of financing the investment and emphasizes the optimal choice of a particular company.
Probiotické mikroorganismy v masné výrobě
Zelinková, Kateřina
This bachelor thesis is about molded fermented meat products and the possibility to use the probiotic organisms on the surface of these products. The molds can form desirable and undesirable effects. One of the undesirable effect is the fact that the molds can form toxic second metabolites. The molds are used as a coverage on the fermented meat products to form specific sensory substances. Probiotics are microorganisms which confer health benefits to the digestive tract of their host. Any microorganism capable of surviving in the digestive tract of host, tolerate stres and keep such effect can be considered a candidate.
Sledování jakostních ukazatelů při zrání hovězího masa
Zelinková, Kateřina
This thesis deals with monitoring sensory chracteristics of beef during ripening. It is devided into two parts. The first part describes how is beef ripen and what enzymes are important for beef aging. It also describes the difference between dry and wet maturing. The larger part is devoted to sensory analysis and instrumental methods used to determined the color and texture of beef. The practical part deals with instrumental analysis of raw steaks. Of their color and texture. And with sensory analysis of cooked rumpsteak during 8 weeks of maturing. Various sensory parameters are monitored here. Such as flavour pleasantness and in-tensity, softness, juiciness etc. The color of beef meat changed by 18 %, where the lon-ger aged beef were darker. Also the softness decreased and the strenght increased. The best result had sample number 7 (7 weeks of aging), which had the best pleasantness and intensity of flavour and taste. But sample number 4 (4 weeks of aging) had best results when it comes to juiciness and texture to bite. The lenght of dry-ripening had statistically significant effect on lightness and texture properties of rumpsteak measured by instrumental methods.

Aspects of employees dismissal from the organization from the perspective of the employer and the employee
Zelinková, Kateřina ; Bahbouh, Radvan (advisor) ; Háša, Stanislav (referee)
and key words Abstract This diploma thesis is a contribution to the mapping of the issue of involuntary employee departures from organizations with an emphasis on the aspect of dismissal organizations and the dismissal individual. Thematically, the work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with issues related to the nature of work and the importance of work in human life. It clarifies the traditional motives that encourage a person to perform a paid work in order to better understand the consequences of its loss. It provides insight into the legislative framework of employment termination with focus on the types of termination, which in fact represent dismissals. These data are followed by text that introduces the reasons for which the employee can be dismissed, since these reasons play an important role in next phases of dismissal. Since the dismissal of workers (although it may have positive benefits for the organization) is less popular HR activity among the performers and it could be very traumatic for leaving employees, it is common to prevent it by HR planning or through incentives for voluntary departures. These potentialities are characterized more in detail in next passage. The role of the Human Resources department and senior staff during dismissals...

Concept for Motivational System Change in a Company
Zelinková, Kateřina ; Vogt, Petr (referee) ; Konečná, Zdeňka (advisor)
This thesis deals with suggestions of appropriate changes in a concept of incentive system in the particular company. Changes will be suggested based on the theoretical background and the current state in the company. The proposed solutions will be used as a concept for increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of workers, to reduce the sickness and fluctuation and on the basis of these sub-goals to improve performance throughout the organization.
