Legal aspects of Play-to-Earn (P2E) as a revenue-generating activity

PRÁVNÍ ASPEKTY PLAY-TO-EARN (P2E) JAKO VÝDĚLEČNÉ ČINNOSTI 5 Abstract This thesis focuses on the legal qualification of a new business model of video games, which, in contrast to the traditional conception of video game entertainment as a recreational activity, promises players the possibility of achieving a stable income. This model has come to be known in the industry as "play-to-earn" (P2E), where the earning mechanism is implemented di- rectly in the source code of the video game. Unlike professional video game play for financial reward, known as e-sports, the P2E model is based on re- warding through the automatic generation of crypto-assets (cryptocurren- cies or non-fungible tokens known as NFTs). The player is then able to trans- act with the assets thus acquired, including the resulting exchange into legal tender. The mechanism of the game runs automatically through smart con- tracts built on a blockchain. This thesis examines this phenomenon from sev- eral legal aspects, in particular the issue of gambling, the upcoming Euro- pean regulation on Markets in Crypto-assets (MiCA) and related Czech tax issues. The block of flats with trade gallery

Content of the Diploma thesis is the design documentation a block of flats with trade gallery in Tábor. The design documentation and annexes of diploma thesis are elaborated according to present valid laws, goverment´s restrictions and standards. This object is located on plot no. 1457/33 and 1457/1 cadastre unit Tábor. The building is situated in area designated to housing development. Next to the land are there public infrastructure. The apartment building is divided into 20 flats including one accessible flat and café for 60 customers and max 5 employees. Flats are located from second floor except accessible flat, which is in grounfloor. In grounfloor is common storage area and utility room. Building has four (above-ground) floor. Object is dimensioned 31,7 x 25,2 m and high 13,6 m.The object is builded on finished grade. Load-bearing structural systém is from hollow bricks. Building has flat roof and whole object is thermal insulated.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the project documentation of the design of the new Family house with solicitor's office. This house is situated in ezimovo Ústí. Design and appendix´s were made by the present valid laws, goverment´s restrictions and standards. This object is placed in ground plot number 133/19, the land cadastre of Sezimovo Ústí. The building object is designated for family houses area. Next to the building plot carry underground services. In the building object is owner occupancy and solicitor's office for 2-4 employes. Owner´s flat is in first and second floor. Building has three floors and floor plan 16,16 x 11,66 m on final grade. The carrying systém is from hollow building brick. The building has gable roof.
