Project Management of the Bidding Process for an Automated Warehouse in a Manufacturing Company

Since the preparation of the automated warehouse solution offer has defined resources, a time limit and a defined scope, its nature can be perceived as a project and the process can therefore be effectively controlled by the rules of project management. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical basis of the issue, the second part deals with the current situation in the corporate and local environment of the selected company and the third part analyses the current state of management of this type of projects. On the basis of a detailed description of the process, the problems subsequently identified and the connections established with the help of a "fishbone" diagram, areas and specific points for improvement of the current state of affairs were identified with the graphical tool of force field analysis. These specific suggestions for increasing efficiency and reducing the time required were presented in the fourth section, including a proposal for tracking and monitoring key performance indicators and conditions that need to be taken into account for successful implementation of the suggestions.

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of lean project management. It is divided into four main parts. The opening one deals with general principles of project management. The second part includes a list of and a brief description of individual losses within the field. The remaining parts join managers’ practical knowledge with information from reference books. The conclusion contains a custom form which is a basis for an analysis of project work in a company that carries it out. An improvement suggestion follows.

The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of the Russian car market for car manufacturers in the Czech Republic. It deals with the analysis of the position of individual car manufacturers from the Czech Republic on the Russian market. Analysis of the Russian car market and, also a survey of the Russian Federation's international trade in cars and, also a survey of the Russian Federation's interna-tional trade with cars. The aim is to determine the position of manufacturers from the Czech Republic on the Russian automotive market and, if necessary, to propose a strategy for a short-term / long-term increase in sales and strengthening the po-sition in this market.

The aim was to map the area of crisis management, to determine what is the current situation in the Czech Republic and confront the past. It was assumed that the current crisis management system developed on a sufficient level. This was confirmed by a comparison with the situation fifteen years ago is incredible difference for the better. This progress in a positive direction is influenced not only his own experience in the Czech Republic with crisis situations, but also a common strategy for critical infrastructure within the European Union. Title: The threat of terrorism with focus on soft targets Objectives: The main aim of this work is to describe the security issues of terrorism in the Czech Republic with a focus on soft targets. Another aim is to verify whether, according to valid legislation and documents relating to the fight against terrorism in the Czech Republic, the IRS components are prepared to actively face a terrorist attack on their basis and procedure. Methods: The chosen method is the literary search of Czech and foreign literature, legislation on the fight against terrorism at the level of the Czech Republic and the European Union, and internet sources. Determination of the activities of the IRS components during a terrorist attack, protection of soft targets and explanation of the term terrorism, its forms, methods and what types are most commonly used. In particular, it focuses on the legislative framework which, in the event of a terrorist attack, will be instrumental for IRS components and other components subject to this legislation. Results: It has been found that both terrorism and the fight against it are constantly evolving.
