Change in costs and ecology of production of self-hardening molding mixtures in the production of spheroidal graphite iron

This master thesis is focused on the study of the properties of core mixtures. The core mixtures are prepared from organic binders and processed by cold-box / amine technology. The mixtures are prepared of 3 different organic binder systems from 2 manufacturers. The evaluation is performed in terms of their flexural strength at specified time intervals and the results are compared with the specified strength criteria. Furthermore, the effect of water coating on the flexural strength of those core mixtures that met all the strength criteria in the first experiment is investigated. In the last experimental part of the work, the mixtures are evaluated in terms of their environmental friendliness. DSC / TG analysis is used to investigate whether any substances are released when the core mixture samples are heated. Subsequently, the mixtures were subjected to GC-MS analysis in order to identify the substances released.

The first part is focused on the theory of internal guidelines, long-term assets and definition of long-term assets, depreciations and accounting of the long-term assets. The second part deals with company´s introduction and the assessment of the actual internal guidelines. In the third part is created the proposal of internal guidelines for the long-term assets.

The master´s thesis deals with the analysis of controlling in the company and focused mainly on operational planning and subsequent control of the plan. It is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical knowledge and is needed for other parts of the thesis. The second part deals with the analysis of the current state of controlling in the company and especially the state of financial planning in the company and the plan for 2021. The last part is based on the previous parts and proposes corrective actions and adjustments related to the planning process and subsequent control of the plan in the company.

Evaluation of Business Performance by Using Benchmarking Method

The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is focusing to theoretical bases of work, it is a brief introduction to business performance and utilization of modern indicators to measure it with an emphasis on benchmarking. In second part, we deal with the practical application of information acquired and that a specific enterprise. It is an analysis of the current situation with companies in the same field of business. With the help of financial analysis, SWOT matrix identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company. The most important part is devoted to benchmarking based on publicly available data from the financial statements. For these purposes, I especially enjoyed the information from the available statement. Based on the information they are designed adequate opportunities in improving and recommendations for evaluating enterprise.
