Supported Employment and its Application within the Framework of Vocational Rehabilitation

The thesis "Supported Emloyment and its Application within the Framework of Vocational Rehabilitation" is focused on possible collaboration between NGOs providing supported emloyment service and the labour offices. This collaboration is supposed to be conducted according to the statute Nr. 435/2004 about employment with particular emphasis on vocational rehabilitation. To answer the main questions of the thesis, it employs the qualitative research methods. The goal is to answer the questions whether the both parties are satisfied with the level of cooperation and what limitation the relationship and vocational rehabilitation itself represent.
