Analysis of the impact of the baffle placement in the supersonic flow in the differentially pumped chamber

This thesis deals with the area of the differential pumping chamber of an environmental scanning electron microscope, engaging the pressure limiting apertures and the influence of the enclosure inside the chamber. In the theoretical part, it is first called Microscopy as science, information about microscopes (division of microscopes) and electrons. Afterwards, the theory deals directly with environmental scanning electron microscopy and its problems and vacuum system, mathematical models and computational areas, basic information about the comparative study from, which the thesis is based. In the experimental part there are presented the objectives of the work and the chapter dealing with the processing of results, which are compared with the initial study using the program Ansys Fluent.
Prevention programmes against cyber-bullying in the Czech rep.

The subject of my bachelor work is cyber bullying as one of forms classic bullying and theoretical and practical prevention of this phenomenon. This work focus mainly on a way, in which is this new form of bullying solved and what programmes are existing in the Czech republic specifically to prevent cyberbullying. These programmes are evaluated. The bachelor work contains definition of the term cyberbullying in wider understanding - At first the work focuses on classic bullying, then the role of cyberspace in social interaction. Another basic theory for my work is theory of evaluation. Next part of the work is definition of the term cyberbullying as a social problem. This part includes forms and instruments of cyberbullying. I also pay attention on specific cases of cyberbullying in the Czech republic and abroad. Further there are researches and legislation about this topic in the Czech republic and abroad. The next part focuses on prevention of cyberbullying in our country - advices for stakeholders (children, parents, teachers) dealing with social patological phenomena. After this follow exploration preventive programmes in the Czech republic and evaluation of these programmes according to selected criteria. Colorectal screening barriers in the Czech Republic

The Diploma thesis deals with outcomes of the colorectal screening program in the Czech Republic. This program has been performed since 2000. Despite more than 11 years of its existence it is not considered as successful one. There has not been the decline of the incidence of the colorectal cancer and the change in the proportion of the stages towards the higher proportion of early stages. The program has long been struggling with the low coverage of the target population. This thesis asks what the barriers of better outcomes of colorectal screening program are. Moreover, it focuses on the program organization, its position within the healthcare system and barriers in the higher participation of the target population. The thesis discusses provider barriers, patient barriers and system barriers. The thesis builds upon the theoretical knowledge of the health policy, of the development of the colorectal cancer and of the making of screening programs. The thesis is based on the evaluation research; it uses qualitative and quantitative data. The research methods are the secondary data analysis, semi-structured interviews and the discursive analysis. Comparison of export promotion policy of the Czech Republic and Austria

The work deals with the comparison of the export promotion policy of the Czech Republic and Austria. The first chapter describes the development, structure of the international trade and export position of the Czech Republic and Austria and subsequently compares the importance of export in both countries. The second and the third chapter characterize the export promotion system in the Czech Republic and Austria. The chapters focus at first on the concept of export promotion in both countries, its main objectives, projects and results and then on the main institutions dealing with the export promotion and their main services. The fourth chapter evaluates and compares the export promotion in both countries as far as its main concept, institutions and services are concerned.
