Design of the High Speed Track between Brno and Znojmo

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a new track route of high speed line from Brno to Znojmo, specifically between the planned terminal of high speed line Unkovice and existing railway station Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. The track is designed for a maximum speed of 250 km/h. The alignment and profile of the line were designed, including the design of the railway superstructure and track geometry parameters.

- anglický jazyk In my thesis I deal with presidential decrees in constitutional and international context. It consists of 5 parts. There are preconditions for the emergence of decrees in the first part. This international-legal recognition of the Czechoslovak government in exile, the theory of legal and political continuity of Czechoslovakia, uninterrupted presidency of dr.Beneš and the withdrawal of the Munich Agreement. The second part talks about the concept of issuing decrees. In the third part is the most important content of constitutional decrees. The fourth section deals specifically about formal-legal, material-legal and political continuity. In the last part I deal with today's issue of the validity of the decrees and decrees of the Czech Republic by accession to the European Union. Government in exile was recognized by Great Britain in 1940. It was very important because it could arise decrees. It arranged the constitutional decree Nr. 2/1940 official bulletin of Czechoslovakia, which established the emergence of decrees. Decrees of the President of the Republic published a proposal to the government. The State Council worked on decrees since 1942, received as an advisory vote. Development of tennis technique

Title: Development of tennis technique Objectives: The main object of this thesis is to analyse the fundamental factors that affect the development of tennis technique. Furthermore, this thesis presents the most common deviations from the optimal tennis technique, including their possible causes, and consequently suggests possible corrections that would help optimise the technique. Methods: Based on the analysis of documents, are present the fundamental factors that influence tennis technique. Specific selected deviations are develop from the optimal tennis technique on the parts of the basic strokes, in which the specific deviations, its description and the causes are stated. Furthermore, methods of correction to eliminate the mentioned technical deviations are proposed. This methods are based on the analysis of documents and observations from our own past experience. Results: The result is a detailed analysis of factors that affect the development of tennis technique. Furthermore, a list of deviations from the optimal technique with possible causes and proposed methods of their possible correction.
