Ethics in parental mediation: How Czech parents approach the privacy of their childrenon the Internet

This diploma thesis deals with the ethical aspect of parental mediation and children's privacy on the internet. The aim of the work is to, using a qualitative research, assess how Czech parents perceive the privacy of their children on the internet, what ethical boundaries their media- educational approach has and what moral dilemmas they may possibly face. Furthermore, what Czech parents think of technical restrictions in the form of apps, software, locks and covert monitoring of the child. For data collection, the author chose in-depth interviews with parents of children aged 9-17. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part engages in placing parental mediation in a broader context, and discusses in detail styles of parental mediation, with emphasis on the restrictive approach, its technical tools and covert monitoring. Subsequently, it deals with the topic of ethics, privacy and trust in parental mediation. In the empirical part, the author presents and justifies the chosen methodology, sample, and describes the progress of data collection. The key chapter "data analysis" answers the main and partial research questions, and the results are processed and interpreted. Analysis of the Czech and Spanish legal terminology in Family Law of Mexico

Bachelor thesis deals with Czech and Mexican legal terminology of the family law. The aim of my thesis is to analyze legislation of adoption and other forms of child care in the Czech Republic and Mexico, to create a comparison of legal adjustments of both countries, with highlighting the fundamental similarities and differences between them. This thesis is divided into practical and theoretical part. Theoretical part has two key chapters, including several sub-chapters. Practical part is composed of three sub-chapters, dealing with aspects of legal language in theory. Last, fourth, chapter is dedicated to analysis of legal language in practice. In the first chapter of the theoretical part I describe family law in general, its sources, principles and historical development in both compared countries. The second chapter is dedicated to the specific area of family law- adoption and other forms of child care. The practical part deals with the characteristics of legal language, the translation of legal terms from the source to the target language and contains analysis of legal terminology of Mexican family law. The thesis includes also bilingual glossary and summary in Spanish.

Possibilities of physiotherapy intervention in patiens before cardiac surgery

BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Name: Tereza Vedrová Supervisor: Mgr. Ivona Heřmanová Title of this thesis: Possibilities of physiotherapy intervention in patiens before cardiac surgery. Abstract: This thesis deals with the options in physiotherapy intervention for patients before cardiac surgery. The theoretical part contains information about the anatomy of the chest and heart focused on basic concepts and biomechanics breathing. It also contains a section dedicated to the field of cardiac surgery, the most common indications in cardiac surgery and possible surgical approaches. A large part is devoted to the possibilities of physiotherapy in the preoperative period, primarily respiratory physiotherapy, exercise therapy and patient education by the physiotherapist. The practical part describes a case of a patient prior to cardiac surgery. Subsequently, the usefulness of physiotherapy for the patient himself is tested in a feedback interview with the same patient after the procedure. Information useful for patients before cardiac surgery, including examples of respiratory and fitness exercises are presented in an instructional manual.
