The subject of my bachelor thesis, The Proposal of the communication mix of the company BV computers s.r.o. is elaboration of a suitable communication strategy. The thesis is divided into the three main parts – theoretical, analytical and proposal. The theoretical part deals with knowledge of marketing. The analytical part describes the company and current situation of the marketing communication mix. In the last part, based on analysis, suggests suitable communication strategy, which should increase the client’s interest for the products and services and reach higher company sales.

This thesis describes the design of development company BV computers sro. The work is divided into three main parts - theoretical, analytical and design. The theoretical part focuses on the description of selected analyzes examining internal and external business environment, which will then be applied in the second part of the problem and to the analysis of the current situation. The last part is based on analyzes of compiling a draft development company, which will improve its current competitiveness.

The present thesis attempts to find a general model for tailerod education of adults. The author start s off by defining the recipients in the current education landscape. Thereafter, he provides a comprehensive overview of both well- and less-known typologies (MBTI, Keirsey, Kolb, LS). Based on a critical assessment of the instruments in view of their appropriateness for the categorization in lifelong learning, the author concludes that the existing approaches, while offering valuable insight, may be less than optimal for the education of adults, the reason being the complexity of application. The thesis concludes with a proposed approach drawing on Jung's personality theory, outlining a general method for the education in differentiated groups that could prove useful. The thesis can serve as either a starting point for further empirical research to validate the practical approach towards the differentiated groups determined with the empiricaltheoretical model, or as a guide for junior practitioners.
