Analysis of the system of recruitment and selection of employees

This thesis deals with the issue of human resource management and it is focused on a general description of HR processes of recruitment and selection of staff. It also captures the essence of the recruitment and selection of employees, and identifies conditions that must be observed for making this system is effective. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, there are defined the keywords and described the processes and methods of recruitment and selection of employees. In the second, the practical part, there is introduced company X, the structure of its employees and the system of recruitment and selection of employees, which is established in the company. The system is at this place analyzed and compared with the generally accepted theoretical principles. With the questionnaire survey there is also examined satisfaction of employees with the company's process of recruitment and selection of staff. In conclusion of the thesis, the system of recruitment and selection of employees is appraised and there are highlighted its strengths and proposed measures for its improvement.

This master´s thesis describes author´s life journey from her interest in a conscious selfknowledge to her actual professional directions. Discussed is the theme of selfknowledge with a focus on the study of psychosomatic disciplines. The author reflects them and creating of her final authorial performance, one by one. Emphasis is put on self-reflection and personal experience.

This bachelor study called "The System of Employee Appraisal in a Company" deals with a general subscription of a personal process "Employee appraisal". It describes the principles of the system of employee appraisal and also covers the conditions necessary for its efficiency and operation. The bachelor study is focused on the system of employee appraisal centrally implemented in company ČEZ, a. s. This system is analyzed and compared with generally stated theoretical principles. The study includes evaluation of this system of employee appraisal as a tool used for work performance management, employee appraisal and development that is practiced by line managers. In the conclusion, there are stated strengths and imperfections found in this system and described possible changes.
Analysis of theatre performance by mentaly disabled

The world of the mentally disabled has been a tabu for a long time. Today, those people participate in everyday life. They work in protected cafes and act in the theatre. "Election campain of the Gentle way forward party, within the law, therefore natural" is a play in which mentally disabled individuals partake. The first part of my essey tries to outline the problems of the mentally retarded, the possibilities of medical treatment and therapeutic aspects of theatre. The second part of the essey explains the origins of the play and specifics of theatrical activities with mentally disabled with follow up analysis of a particular performance and specifics of the feedback. How to perceive the mentally disabled on the stage? Why do the mentally disabled individuals play theatre and why is it interesting to go and see their performance? Why did they create this particular performance? I'm trying to answer all those questions in my work.
