Specification of Employment of Persons with Autistic Spectrum Disorder

This thesis describes the specifications of employing people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The main goal is to formulate recommendations for managers and HR workers regarding adaptation of the HR processes, workplace environment and management methods to the specific needs of employees with ASD. This is achieved through the qualitative research using the methods of interview with participants of Autism@Work project together with analysis of additional resources. This thesis offers characteristic of people with ASD in the work context including the analysis of the current situation of people with ASD on the labour market and providing the best practice examples of supporting projects focusing at this target group.
