The Theme of Time in Borges's Short Stories

(in English): The work focuses on the short story collections Fictions and The Aleph by the Argentine author Jorge Luis Borges. It focuses on the topic of time from a philosophical point of view and subsequently develops it gradually through the analysis of individual short stories. In the individual chapters, time is projected in connection with the theme of dream, maze, life, death, eternity or fate. The aim of the work is to point out how the author perceives time in his short stories, in connection with other topics. Time is an integral part of human existence and cannot be escaped from, as it directly determines our existence.
The context of the Mexican Revolution in Los de abajo

The work focuses on the period of the Mexican Revolution through the analysis of the Mexican novel Los de abajo (The Underdogs), which reflects the personal experience of the author Marian Azuela. The work will analyse different points of view of this conflict using the most important characters. The aim of this work is to point out different thinking, life ideals and goals, which differ according to each person and his / her point of view. The Mexican Revolution was an illustrative example of how several people perceive the same social and political conflict in different ways.
Possibilities of Utilization of National Historic Landmark (NKP) Závist in Teaching of Natural Science with Botanical Sight

Dissertation "Possibilities of utilization of national historic landmark (NKP) Závist in teaching of natural science with botanical sight" acquaints its reader with characterization of natural and cultural situation of NKP Závist and proposes introduces a proposal of nature trail. It is divided in three parts. Principal aim of the first part was botanical survey of the locality. It was found, that there are 236 species and plants - both indigenous and planted. Furthermore there is described history of settlement NKP Závist, its natural conditions and its fauna. Didactical part discourses on educational methods used at excursions and important morphological signs required for identification of the plants. In last part is proposed the trace of the nature trail with short description of demonstrated plants. The worksheets covering the locality are also included. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
