Dispatch life support
VÁŇOVÁ, Petra
Dispatcher of medical operation center casts an important and significant role in the chain of survival for emergency resuscitation. Within a short time must quickly and accurately provide information from the caller, delegate a professional help to the place of an incident. Timely launch telephone-assisted resuscitation, which this thesis is about. The first goal was set to chart providing phone-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation dispatchers at the regional operational center of emergency medical services. Analyze the process by which the dispatchers manage and provide instructions for conducting cardiopulmonary resuscitation, whether these guidelines actually manage and provide proper instruction to all rescuers. The second goal was to explore the motivational factors MUDr. Ondřej Fraňěk, the author of a publication "The manual of medical dispatcher in operations center " who was deeply engaged in telephone-assisted resuscitation. This goal should be focused on the analysis of the story of the author and the origin of interest to the issue. The research was conducted by qualitative method of data processing. To the research part of the thesis I used to analyze six audio recordings of emergency calls from the archives of the Regional medical operation center of South Bohemia, where dispatchers recognized by the affected persons malfunction of vital signs and started the phone-assisted resuscitation. The recordings were transcribed into electronic form and analyzed. I also realized interviews with MUDr. Franěk, with MUDr. Kratochvil, head doctor of Air Rescue Service of South Bohemia and Mrs. Hornychová, deputy head of the paramedical staff of the Regional Medical Operations Centre South Region. The results of the analysis showed that most of the dispatchers is not progressing adequately in providing telephone-assisted emergency resuscitation. The second objective was not achieved because it has not been possible to obtain the data needed to evaluate the objectives. Dispatchers, after reading my thesis, you can think over this issue. Work can be an incentive for self-improvement and improvement of the results. Prospective students of paramedical staff in health service can help as a source of information.

Creation of electronic materials for chemistry education
Váňová, Petra ; Šulcová, Renata (advisor) ; Zákostelná, Barbora (referee)
Creation of electronic materials for chemistry education Bc. Petra Váňová Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague, 2014 The theme of my thesis is formation of educational instruments/tools for distance education and e-learning which at the same time can be inspirational for teachers of present learning. The theoretical section elaborates on the problems of distance education and e-learning. Furthermore, it describes Moodle, the system for teaching management. For the purpose of the applied section two teaching units were created during the class of Didactics of Organic Chemistry (MC280P06) at Department of Teaching and Didactics of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague. The two units focus on the problematic of carboxylic acids and their derivatives. Beside the information about these topics, the contents of the teaching units should provide the students with an insight into modern study tools which increase the effectiveness of distance education as well as present learning. The teaching units are supplemented by study texts, Power Point presentations, handouts with key answers, projects/designs of chemical experiments applying theoretical knowledge to practical level, and a test designed for verifying the improvement of the course participants. The study tools were...
Distribution of Invasive plants in PLA Kokořínsko
Váňová, Petra ; Pěknicová, Jana (advisor) ; Martin, Martin (referee)
The thesis is focused on the occurence of invasive plants in the Protected Landscape Area (PLA) of Kokořínsko-Máchův kraj. Three invasive species - Canadian goldenrod (Solidago canadensis), Bohemian knotweed (Reynoutria x bohemica) and Himalayan Balsam (Impatiens glandulifera) were mapped in the southern part of the PLA. The aim of the research was to identify the distribution of these invasive plants and to create maps of their occurrence in the monitored area using ESRI ArcMap software. Part of the work was to determine the incidence of invasive species in Natura 2000 habitats and ecosystems, according to the data set of the Nature Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic (Layer of Natura 2000 habitats; Consolidated layer of ecosystems of the Czech Republic, Czech: KVES). Most invaded Natura 2000 habitats and KVES ecosystems were identified. From all three of the studied plants growing within the study area, Solidago canadensis occurred the most. From the resulting field research and ongoing expertise, show that most areas of invaded habitats by Solidago canadensis are athropogenically influenced - grassland, introduced shrub vegetation and urbanized areas. During mapping of the invaded habitats only a limited, eradicative management by SCI employees was found, although part of the surveyed area is located in the SCI Kokořínsko.
