Universal audio interface for autonomous use
Trojak, Ondřej ; Šťáva, Martin (referee) ; Levek, Vladimír (advisor)
This text analyses the current situation within the audio signal work field and the appropriate ways of connecting electronic networks for processing blocks. The thesis deals with circuit design, firmware programming and physical realization of a subsequently measured autonomous battery-powered interface which provides volume control of input signals and conversion of different types of connectors and signal lines, consuming low power and adding low noise. The device is also equipped with a phantom power supply for condenser microphones. The control consists of a set of buttons, a rotary encoder and a display unit.
Analogue guitar effects
Trojak, Ondřej ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Koton, Jaroslav (advisor)
This work is focused on analog guitar effects. It deals with sorting them in the terms of sound parameters which they have impact on. Later, the work focuses on theoretical description of function of tremolo and possible ways to implement its fundamental parts. In the second half a design of a very own analog solution of this effect has been fully described including modification which has been done and particular simulations executed in Micro-Cap software. In a final part, a practical realization, measurements, a revision of existing circuits and possible further development are analysed.
