Kočalka, Petr ; Rinnová, Markéta ; Vaněk, Václav ; Rejman, Dominik ; Votruba, Ivan ; Tomečková, Ivana ; Králíková, Šárka ; Petrová, Magdalena ; Páv, Ondřej ; Pohl, Radek ; Buděšínský, Miloš ; Liboska, Radek ; Točík, Zdeněk ; Rosenberg, Ivan
Several sugar-modified thymine-containing nucleoside phosphonic acids were found as a strong inhibitors of thymidine phosphorylase purified from spontaneous T-cell lymphomas of an inbred Sprague-Dawley rat strain.
Isosterní fosfonátová internukleotidová vazba typu 3'-O-P-CH2-O-4'C: Cesta k dalším údajům o její stereochemii
Točík, Zdeněk ; Barvík, I. ; Buděšínský, Miloš ; Rosenberg, Ivan
Synthesis of model thymidine dinucleoside phosphonate containing 3´-O-P-CH2-O-4´C isosteric linkage in 13C-labelled form enabled its NMR conformational description which was further compared with MDS and ab initio studies.
From nucleoside phosphonic acids to modified oligonucleotides
Rosenberg, Ivan ; Endová, Magdalena ; Králíková, Šárka ; Liboska, Radek ; Rejman, Dominik ; Točík, Zdeněk
A number of new isopolar phosphonate nucleotide analogues were prepared and a large set of oligonucleotides containing structurally diverse modification internucleotide linkages could be created.
Isosteric phosphonate mono-and oligonucleotides originating from 4',5'-didehydronucleoside precursors: some synthetic possibilities and limitations
Točík, Zdeněk ; Liboska, Radek ; Barvík, I. ; Buděšínský, Miloš ; Masojídková, Milena ; Kavenová, Ivana ; Rosenberg, Ivan
The work deals with aspects of synthesis and properties of isosteric phosphonate analogs of 5'-monophosphates and with structure-properties relationship of the related oligothymidylates.
Chemistry of Nucleic Acid Components. 12th Symposium
Točík, Zdeněk ; Hocek, Michal
In keeping with the main goals of the well-established series, the main topics of the XII NAC symposium covered the synthesis, transformations, physical chemistry, and biological activity of nucleosides, nucleotides and oligonucleotides as well as the aspects of their molecular biology in the broader sense.
