Communication with pre-school children in Montessori approach (Children with Czech and other first language)

The goal of this thesis is to describe teachers' communication with toddlers and pre- schoolers from mono- and bilingual families in Montessori schools or schools inspired by the Montessori method. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical and contains chapters on children's communication and communication with children, its forms and specific aspects; language and language acquisition, bilingualism, the founder of Montessori education, the Montessori education per se and communication with children according to its principles. The second part is practical and presents an analysis of the pragmatic component of teachers' communication with children through audio recordings or hand-written notes taken during participant observation. It focuses on the characteristics and specific features of teachers' communication with children in Montessori pre- schools. It includes the description of communication environment which complements the teachers' communication with children. It also contains semi-structured interviews with teachers and photographs in the attachment.

Legal professions involved in the justice system focusing on the attorney - client relationship. Abstract The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the attorney - client relationship, especially some of the essential elements of this relationship. The thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter One is introductory and defines the attorney as a one of the legal professions involved in the justice system, looks at the reasons of formation and existence of these professions and gives a brief insight in the attorney - client relationship's history. Chapter Two deals with the ways the attorney - client relationship is created. It can be both contractually and non-contractually (appointing by court and determination by Czech Bar Chamber). Chapter Three is the largest chapter of the thesis and is subdivided into two parts. The first part concentrates on the attorney's rights and duties, such as for example duty to protect and promote client's interests, duty to follow client's instructions, duty of confidentiality, duty to be insured, right to remuneration and others. The second part focuses on the client's rights and duties and explains them as a counterpart of the attorney's rights and duties, because of the synallagmatic character of the attorney - client's relationship. Court decisions in execution proceedings

The purpose of this submitted rigorosum thesis titled "Court decisions in execution proceedings" is analysis of the legal regulation of execution proceedings affecting procedure and decision-making by courts during these proceedings, focusing on individual amendments and the related changes to selected provisions of the Execution Code, their mutual comparison, assessment of the suitability of their adoption and consideration whether their benefits in the form of "dis-encumbrance" of the courts predominate over the possible risk of potential excess by bailiffs. The scientific methods used to achieve the defined goals included the descriptive method, supplemented by the analytical method and also the comparative method. This work consists of three chapters. The introduction presents the most important amendments to the Execution Code regulating decision-making by courts and subsequently defines the goals of this thesis and the specified scientific methods used to achieve the goals of this thesis.
