BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Author: Veronika Knapová Supervizor: Mgr. Klára Novotná, Ph.D. Title: Physiotherapy in people with multiple sclerosis with higher neurological disability Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) with severe disabilitiy focusing on postural and respiratory functions. The theoretical part gives a comprehensive overview of the problematics of this disease. Great emphasis is placed on the possibilities of rehabilitaion care in MS, especially in patients with severe neurological deficit and the importance of the interdisciplinary team. Furthermore, there is a chapter devoted to respiratory physiotherapy and basic terms in the postural system, on which procedures used in a practical part are focused. In the practical part I focus on the description of case reports of 4 patients with MS with severe neurological deficit according to the Expanded disability status scale 7.0 and more. Each patient underwent 6 individual home therapies. The therapies were focused mainly on influencing respiratory and postural functions. Conformational behavior of dendritic branched polymers in aqueous solutions (Dissipative particle dynamics)

Bakalářská práce se věnuje studiu konformačního chování polymerních den- drimer· ve vodných roztocích. Polymerní roztoky byly simulovány pomocí di- sipativní částicové dynamiky. Všechny simulace byly provedeny pomocí pro- gramu DL−MESO. Pro generování vstupních soubor· a zpracování výsledk· simulací byly napsány vlastní programy. Správná funkce programu a správné nastavení simulačních parametr· bylo ověřeno pomocí parametrické studie nekonečně zředěných roztok· homopolymerních dendrimer· v dobrém roz- pouštědle. 'kálovací exponent gyračního poloměru získaný pomocí simulací je v souladu s publikovanými daty. Dále bylo porovnáváno konformační chování homopolymerního a kopolymerního dendrimeru. Magic squares

This diploma thesis deals with basic features of magic squares and analyses these features with regard to usability during the teaching at elementary schools. Magic squares are known for hundreds years and since then they have changed due to various modifications, from which other kinds were derived. The first part of the thesis is therefore dedicated to the history. Next chapter deals with the construction of magic squares. The following chapters study similar games as Sudoku, Kakuro and Latin squares. The final part of the thesis is dedicated to the usability of magic squares in teaching mathematics. To practice the given topic, the worksheets which are divided according to their difficulty, were created.

Creation of paper models

This bachelor thesis focuses on the description and the creation of regular (Platonic) and semiregular (Archimedes) polyhedra. The Chapter Regular polyhedrons includes Kelper´s planetary model and duality of polyhedra. Furthermore, the thesis work deals with other properties of paper folding, such as paper size series A and B, Euler theorem on polyhedra and other exemplary models from paper.
