Legal position and administration of Roman-Catholic parishes, parish communities of the Czechoslovak Protestant Church and religious communities of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church

This thesis is about the legal position and administration of the elementary institutions of three churches in the Czech Republic. These churches are significant in the Czech Christian churches and they are based on other system of administration. The aim of this thesis is to make comparison of this three systems. The thesis is composed of five chapters, each of them dealing with different church. Chapter one introduced to the problem and it presents all churches. Chapter two is about parishes of Catholic Church, which is controled by a episcopal papal system of administration. In the Czech Republic is the most dominant Roman branch of church. The thesis react with this fact and the first part is mostly about this branch, only one chapter is about the other branches of this church. This chapter consists of eight parts. The first part is about the legal position of parishes, second part is about establishment, termination and change of parishes. The third and fourth parts are about the position of priests (third part is about parish priests, fourth part is about other priests in the parish) and the fifth part is about councils in the parish. Stalking in the world of electronic media

Stalking is extremely complicated phenomenon, which exists in our society. Despite the fact it's the subject of psychology studies for a long time, the knowledge about this phenomenon has spread to the public in the last few decades. This circulation was supported by the growth of electronic media, because in connection with this penetration it becomes easier a faster than before and stalkers gained new instruments to their hands. Victims were becoming constantly more vulnerable and society became fully conscious of the need of criminalization of this phenomenon. Stalking is a multidisciplinary phenomenon, which pervades many branches of research. Despite the knowledge about this phenomenon in public, information science and information management deal with stalking minimally. Therefore this thesis analyses stalking as a multidisciplinary phenomenon from the view not only informatics, but also from the view of other sciences. This thesis points to individual aspects of attacks through electronic media, to simplicity of their use and to the methods of defence against them. It points to the need of protection of personal data not only in a private life, but also in a professional life.

Effective document management is one of the essential problems of every company. By this the work efficiency will be increased, costs reduced and thus will increase the profitability of the company. In this bachelor work author analyses document management in a small manufacturing company, which occupies herself with a production and sale of textile goods, and resulting their optimalization. Partners let author make analysis and proposal of optimalization their system because they realize that this situation is ineffective.
