Marketing communications of Styl and Kabo trade fair aimed at the changeover from B2C to B2B sector

The bachelor thesis "Marketing Communications of Styl and Kabo trade fair aimed at the changeover from B2C to B2B sector" handles Czech trade fair Styl and Kabo, which deals with textile and clothing production and is determined for small and medium enterprises, and about its marketing communications. In connection with the changeover of the orientation to the B2B sector in 2009 the communication of the trade fair has gone through a remarkable change. In comparison with former years, when in the communication ATL activities and media communications were preferred, since 2009 the communication focuses on BTL activities. The thesis describes the role of the trade fair as a communication tool and more closely relates to Styl and Kabo trade fair, its history and progressions, its present situation and possible future development. It also explains the reason of the changeover to strictly professional trade fair. It means only experts can attend it. Further the thesis summarizes communication activities of the trade fair before 2009, it concentrates on used creativity, chosen media and communication channels and event marketing. Comparison of communication strategies of transnacional companies towards students as potencial employees

This diploma thesis deals with communication strategies of four transnacional companies, L'Oréal, Henkel, Unilever and Procter&Gamble, which target students. The thesis compares particular communication channels, tactics and strategies that the companies use to attract the most talented candidades and to be able to gain employees with highest potencial. The objective of the thesis is to find out if the companies can identify the right target group, approach it through appropriate channels and communication content and hand over an image of the firm as an ideal employer.

Bachelor thesis deals with opening the czechoslovak (later czech) market and the role of the state in this process. In the first part the thesis summarizes the role of the state in the economy and ways how state can affect economic processes. Further the thesis handles basic steps of the process of economic transformation and describes particular measures, that were neccessary to be taken during the process of opening the economy. In the last part the thesis compiles the effects and impact of the transformation process and opening the czech economy on foreign trade relations and on the development of the foreign trade activity of the Czech Republic. Last part also comprises the membership of the Czech Republic in European union and also the changes in economy that had to be taken after entering the EU.
