Business in an international ambient- CineStar

This thesis is dedicated to currently a very important and topical theme; it is an entering of foreign company into the Russian market. The work is divided into two parts. In the first, the author deals with the theoretical approach to the issue. In the second part of the work the author describes activities of CineStar on the Czech market. After that the author is explaining the choice of market entry, it was the following ways: greenfield investment, business with a partner, franchising and merger. In the last chapter the author explaining other issues - it was a marketing and management. This part should serve as a form of proposals for other companies that are thinking about doing business in the Russian market. The aim of this thesis is to describe the entry of CineStar into the Russian market with a focus on the choice of entering. The central research question was following: CineStar company is really worth to enter the Russian market. The author worked in her work with Russian and Czech resources.
Real options

This thesis is dedicated to a new method of investment evaluation -- real options. The main goal is to simplify the method of real options. This objective is composed of three sub-secondary objectives: the classification of the various valuation methods, focusing on their benefits and pitfalls of practical application, simplifying the mathematical tools for calculating real options and applying the method of real options in the Czech Republic. The authors made use of both printed and electronic sources of information. The benefit of this work is that these resources come from three languages - Russian, Czech and English. The main scientific methods which were used in this thesis are analysis, synthesis, and mathematical-statistical methods. Work is intended for a narrow circle of readers dealing with the evaluation of investments.

This thesis is focused on charting of marketing activities and strategy of non-profit making organization. The main objective is to analyze the current marketing strategy for House for Children and Adolescence Prague 10 and identification of a draft recommendation. The theoretical part explains main terms such as marketing and its history, non-profit making organization, service adn marketing of services. Addresses in detail the thesis solves planning process and typology of basic marketing strategies and specific strategies for nonprofit sector. In the practical part there is introduce the House for Children and Adolescence Prague 10 and it's activities. With the help of theoretical knowledge is made situation analysis and suggest improvements of current marketing strategy.
