This thesis analyzes the implementation of the budget of the village Slatina and serves as a basis for a proposal to improve its economical status as well as the environmental issues. The first part contains theoretical basis for understanding of the functioning and financing of the village, the second part includes acquaintance with the municipality, the municipal budget performance analysis in the selected period 2008 - 2011 and the analysis of forecast budget for the period 2012 - 2014. The last part is a proposal for collection and processing of biodegradable municipal waste and calculation of its benefits.

The bachelor thesis deals with various ways of debt collection. Theoretical part contains the particular ways of debt collection. Analysis of efficiency of individual debt collection ways is carried out for one legal person. The analysis is assessed and measures to reduce the number of claims and to better maintain the claims are recommended in the work.

140 Abstract GOALS: Intention of my diessertation work was to answer the main research question: "What is the utilazation rate of TCA when working with involuntary clients of social workers from CPS in the capital city of Prague and selected CPS in Vysocina region?". Theoretical starting-points: Basic signs of TCA are partnerships and strenghten. In terms of TCA the success depends on How people can actively participate and understand the process of helping. Clients role is active and he is participating everything what has been happening in the whole process of helping. Task centered approach says, that experience from your own decision is more usefull then just assuming how the future situation could be. TCA holds the idea, which just a little success build up self-confidence and self-esteem. Accomplishing of goals and achieving of another goal motivates a client. When smaller goals are set up there is a much more chance for possitive result of the whole advisory process. METHODS: Semistructured questionnaire has been used. The questionnaire have 47 questions, which are based on operationalization of main research question. RESULTS: The outcome of questionnaire investigation method is that the workers don`t use TCA, but in general in their practice we are able to identify some of the elements of approach.

This bachelor thesis daels with the development of Radotin Elementry School, especially with the period from 1872 to 1945. The theisis is focused on the daily life at school, the construction of school buildings, the teacher staff, the pupils and work of the local school. The introduction discusses the beginnings of Radotin school system followed by the World War I. period and the elementary school development during the First Republic.
