It investigates process their creation, connections with Czech book regulations and American standards US GAAP. First of all aim at the standard IFRS 8, which compenoates for standards IAS 14. There are analyzed their theoretical bases, changes and contribution for companies.

The ballet journey of Rudolf Nureyev

This bachelor thesis deals with life, rises and falls of one of the most significant ballet dancers of the 20th century Rudolf Nureyev. First of all we will focus on important moments in his personal life and complex journey to the world-famous ballet school in Leningrad he has always dreamed of. After that we will deal with his professional career in Russia and western countries and also we will introduce his most famous ballet roles. We will not forget to mention some other significant performers of Russian ballet stage. This thesis also includes photographs of Rudolf Nureyev, photographs of some of his performances and a bibliography.

The Role of E-Audit Software in A Tax Search on Corporation Tax

The graduation thesis is focused above analysis of Legal Entity Income Tax and include new trends aplicated in the Czech Tax Administration. First there is described tax audit general procedure, including operations that are necesarry to do before of initiation of tax audit. Next there is carried out of tax audit till its finishing. After I try to meet readers with implementation of new audit instruments used in tax audit. In the practical part of my thesis there are the most frequent tax frauds and mistakes, from those I aimed for analysis for the problem of the rectyfiing items to claims of course all this operations are carried out with e-audit instruments, especially with analytic software IDEA.
