Salačová, Kateřina ; Opletal, Lubomír (advisor) ; Siatka, Tomáš (referee)
Salacova K.: Biological activity of plant metabolites. XII. Alkaloids of genus Corydalis DC. (Fumariaceae) and their biological activities. Diploma thesis, Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmaceutical Botany and Ecology, Hradec Králové 2009, 83 p. The literature search focused on isoquinoline alkaloids of the genus Corydalis was carried out. The summary offers information about the chemical structure of alkaloids and the species of Corydalis (or morphological parts of the mother plant) from which the alkaloids were isolated. The biological activity of alkaloids and extracts from plants of the genus Corydalis was also described. Some species of the genus Corydalis present antifungal effects (C. incisa, C. longipes, C. chaerophylla), cytotoxic effects (C. incisa), hepatoprotective effects (C. saxicola), antithrombic effects (C. koidzumiana, C. ambigua), sedative, hypnotic and spasmolytic effects (C. pseudoadunca), anti-inflammatory and inhibitory effect on allergic reactions (C. turtschaninovii f. yanhusuo), inhibitory effect on acetylcholinesterase (C. bulbosa, C. turtschaninovii f. yanhusuo, C. cava, C. speciosa). Keywords: genus Corydalis, isoquinoline alkaloids, biological activity, acetylcholinesterase
IMPACTS OF THE SOCIAL REFORM OF 2011 ON THE FOLLOW-UP DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOCIAL PROTECTION SYSTEM IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC
Salačová, Kateřina ; Kotýnková, Magdalena (advisor) ; Prudká, Šárka (referee)
The thesis deals with the 2011 social reform implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic. Initially, the various reform steps are analyzed. Developments in the evolution of change are monitored since their introduction to 2015 and then the financial and social impacts of individual changes are examined. The primary goal of the social reform was to increase the efficiency of the public funds spent on the social benefits system and their overall reduction. The main output of the work is the realization that this goal was not fulfilled, on the contrary there was the depletion of funds in the net amount of CZK 10.77 billion. Research has also shown that individual changes have had a negative impact on the lives of the people concerned. In conclusion, the reform is monitored in the context of the necessity of its implementation and related to the previous large reforms that took place in the Czech Republic.

Analysis of influences determining approval of financing
Salačová, Kateřina ; Melzochová, Jitka (advisor) ; Babin, Jan (referee)
The thesis quantifies the influences of individual indicators with the help of logit models on the probability of financial request rejection, where financing is understood as financial leasing or business credit. The data used that were provided by the UniCredit Leasing CZ, a.s. are for the year 2012. The models of financial leasing as well as business credits are assembled identically and provide a very similar accuracy of estimation. Both models confirm the main hypothesis of the piece, meaning that negative EBITDA influences the rejection of financial request. In case of financial leasing, negative EBITDA from year 2010 increases the probability of request refusal by 10,16 % on average and negative EBIDITA from year 2011 on the average by 9,95 %. The increase of request refusal probability for a business credit of a company with negative EBITDA from year 2010 is 43,03 % on average and from year 2011 21,52 % on average.
