Employee education and development in social enterprises

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of development and education of Czech social enterprise employees and examines how these services are provided. The research set was made of enterprises listed in the Social Entrepreneurship Directory, which declare their social mission. In the form of a questionnaire survey, it was investigated how the educational process in the enterprise proceeds from the planning, design to implementation and subsequent evaluation of educational activities. The research results show that social enterprises educate their employees, but in most enterprises it is a relatively unsystematic process, with reserves mainly on the theoretical and methodological side, which is mainly hampered by lack of funds and lack of time space. However, in the jungle of social entrepreneurship, there are clear exceptions that, despite all the obstacles, provide their staff with quality education services and care for their development. The influence of the legislative environment governing the sale of pharmaceuticals in ČR - on the loyalty program of Pharmacy Alma

This diploma thesis has been prepared on the theme: The influence of the legislative environment governing the sale of pharmaceuticals in ČR - on the loyalty program of Pharmacy ALMA. In the first part was performed an analysis of the legislative environment. In another part of thesis the loyalty program was evaluated. Loyalty program was evaluated as a whole. Were also evaluated marketing events held in the Pharmacy ALMA during 2010 and 2011. The result of thesis was that the loyalty program is benefits for Pharmacy ALMA. The operation of a loyalty program is cost-effective for Pharmacy ALMA. Pharmacy should also carry out marketing campaigns because it has a positive effect on clients of pharmacy.
Evaluation of the Loyalty Program and the Possibility of Further Expansion of this Program in Pharmacies ALMA

In this Bachelor thesis were processed Topic: Evaluation of the loyalty program and the possibility of further expansion of this program in pharmacies ALMA. The aim of this study was to evaluate the loyalty program in the pharmacy ALMA and options for further expansion into partner pharmacies ALMA. The practical part of this thesis was divided into three parts. In the first part of this thesis there was an assessment of the loyalty program using internal data obtained of sale system and from interviews with pharmacy staff. In another part of the thesis there was marketing research carried out, which was conducted among pharmacy customers. Questionnaire survey investigated how often customers visit a pharmacy, whether they are satisfied, and under what conditions would regularly buy at the pharmacy ALMA. In the third stage of this thesis were having suggested the possibility of extending this program in the pharmacy ALMA and partner´s pharmacies ALMA.
