The master thesis deals with the finance evaluation of funded organization Domov pro seniory Mikuláškovo náměstí. The aim of this work is the cost-benefit analysis and financial analysis of the organization and to make suggestions for improvement. The theoretical knowledge of the topic is summarized in the first part of this work while the next one focuses on the economic analysis. The last part concentrates on the submission of proposals for organization economy improvement.

Proposal on Improvement the Motivation of the Company

The bachelor thesis deals with issues related to the motivational system of the company TAURO a. s. In the thesis focuses especially on theories of work motivation, remuneration system, evaluation of employees and employee benefits. Then I identify possible imperfections of the company in the area of motivation using a questionnaire survey. Based on results of the survey, I will suggest the improvement of the current motivational system of the company, which will lead to 50% increase in satisfaction of employees measured by the questionnaire (their evaluation) in 2 years.
