Mediation and its Posibilities of Use Within the Scope of Divorce Suit

This bachelor work is concentrated on mediation and possibilities of its use in divorce suit. In teoretical part I present and describe mediation, its history in the World and in Czech Republic, its principles, aim, phases, forms, suitable and unsuitable cases, requirements for mediator etc. In fourth chapter I attend to family mediation and I present it as one of the possibilities of resolution of family conflicts, I define its object, advantages, continuity with social work etc. In practical part I process casuistries of cases which are suitable for mediation, which confirm effectivity and applicable mediation to family conflicts field. Main aim of this bachelor work is to present mediation as one of the potential way of family dispute resolution in divorce suit, and also in social work with families. Field social work in vulnerable families

This thesis treats the service "Field Social Work in vulnerable families" provided by Diakonie of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren - The Center of Christian Aid in Prague. This service is regarded as one of the most effective types of interventions to vulnerable families. The support of such families is based both on the concept of social functioning and related life situations, as well as on the approaches and concepts (paradigms of social work) of the specific field social workers. The process of evaluating the life situation of a family is rather a difficult one which until today has not been standardized throughout the Czech Republic. On the 1st January 2013 a new Decree No. 473/2012 Coll. came into force, introducing a form designed for evaluating the life situations of a child. Since then there has been an ongoing reform in the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children. The service Field social work in vulnerable families would like to follow this reform. That is why it is necessary to map the present state of evaluating life situations of families with children in our Service and use the results in order to create an effective and efficient method for future work. The Integration of Children and Pupils with Visual Impairment to General Elementary School

This bachelor thesis deals with the problematic of integration of eyesight-disabled children and pupils at common general elementary schools. The first part of this thesis contains general knowledge about eyesight, eyesight defects and the influence of such defects on human personality. The second part describes the possible ways of bringing up and educating integrated children and pupils with visual impairments at general elementary school. The most detailed part of this thesis is an analysis of the integration process of an eyesight-disabled pupil into the mainstream of general elementary education with a special focus on the legislative framework and characteristics of individual conditions, factors and agents of this process. For illustration of the process of integration, I attach three casuistries of selected children and pupils with visual impairments in the last part of this thesis.
