The bachelor thesis results from marketing, which includes market segmentation and customer loyalty. Then the thesis is concerned with a marketing research, his types and his techniques. In the practical part of thesis is introduced the company Nestlé Nespresso SA and there are presented results from the field research, which was implemented in order to determine customer loyalty of this company.
