This semestral thesis deals with safety around the Testbed demonstrator. Changes have been proposed to ensure sufficient security in defined areas. This bachelor’s thesis deals with design jaws for gripper from SCHUNK, jaws were made for four given models. Created simulation shifts model from one side to another in virtual twin od FANUC cell. Procedure, which was followed to create program for robot is described here.

This diploma thesis deals with safety around the Testbed demonstrator. A risk analysis has been created, for all cells and for the testbed itself. Changes have been proposed to ensure sufficient security in defined areas. The security features were designed fot the demonstrator assembly and not for individual cells. Then a security design and electronic design of idividual components were created, and then they were assembled. As the last thing, a program was created for safety PLC, which solves safety issues.
