Design modification of heatexchanger for steam generation

This thesis deals with heat exchangers. Thesis is divided into two parts. First one is devoted to various construction of equipment for heat exchange, basic divisions and overwiew of the types. The second part deals with a specific solution modification of existing equipment. The solution includes a description of the problematic parts, calculation of selected parts, design modifications and basic drawings of the proposed solution.

The automated line for testing tank tightness

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a production line segment, which is supposed to do automated testing of the heat pump segment tightness. It discusses different kinds of handling and testing problems. The result is choice of the most suitable concepts, which are designed and then processed into a 3D model. Simulations are created for selected parts to optimize them. At the end, the implementation of the project is briefly described. Part of the work is drawing documentation and a pneumatic diagram of the machine.
