Lead isotopes and 210 lead in recent galenas of the Lower Silesia basin
Čurda, Michal ; Goliáš, Viktor (advisor) ; Plášil, Jakub (referee)
This thesis deals with the isotopic composition of lead and 210 lead in recent galena from burning heaps after coal mining in the Lower Silesian basin. The studied sites were heaps in Radvanice, Markoušovice and Rybníček, where samples of galena, coal and burnt rocks were available. For the determination of the isotopic composition was used mass spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma (ICP - MS). Mass 210 Pb activity in galena was measured in a gamma - spectrometer Silar and the effect of radioactivity on galena crystal lattice was determined by the modified Williamson - Hall graph which was made from taken X-ray diffraction data. The values of isotope ratios in galena ranged for 207 Pb/206 Pb = 0,8402 to 0,8435 and for 208 Pb/206 Pb = 2,0663 to 2,0836. The average values of the coal were measured for 207 Pb/206 Pb = 0,8312 and 208 Pb/206 Pb = 2,0421. On the basis of these isotope ratios was found out that during the burning of coal and subsequent galena crystallization from hot gases there is no isotopic fractionation. Mass 210 Pb activity in galena ranged from 135 ± 9 Bq/g to 714 ± 22 Bq/g. Radioactivity of galena causes the developement of micro-deformation in the crystal structure. This micro-deformation is demonstrated by increased micro-strain in the crystal lattice. The level of this...

Termination of employment by employer
Plašil, Jakub ; Soušková, Milena (advisor) ; Spirit, Michal (referee)
My dissertation´s topic is termination of employment from employer´s side. It includes determination of possibilities and recommendations how to properly terminate employment with employer without any legal consequences in practice. The basic terms in relation to given topic such as employment, importance of employment contract, its requirements and participants of labor-law relations are defined and described in first part of dissertation. Next part deals with termination of employment methods and compares mutual differences. It also takes reasons leading to termination of employment by employer into account. Practical part of dissertation is aimed at the issue of termination of employment by employer in chosen company. The process evaluation of this termination is performed both from general and company´s point of view in dissertation´s next part. Assessment and evaluation of legal reasons for termination of employment is present in the last part, in which the actual problems of dismissing employees are solved with help of real court decisions.
Unemployment and possibilities of its solution
Plašil, Jakub ; Soušková, Milena (advisor) ; Spirit, Michal (referee)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is an issue of unemployment and possibilities of its solution. Theoretical part of the thesis characterizes a term of unemployment, describes its kinds and also possible cause of its origin from employer's and job applicant's side. It simultaneously deals with influence of wage's amount on unemployment's origin and time duration. Unemployment's size is evaluated by indicators of unemployment. In a part dedicated to the labour market in the Czech Republic is described active and passive employment politics supported by state authorities as well as by private entities. An analysis of unemployment's development in the Czech Republic as a whole in classification on districts and partial regions is made in practical part. Within the districts is more in detail analysed Southbohemian region with orientation on Tábor with using of observed unemployment's elements - unemployment's size, structure of job applicants from age viewpoint, sex and achieved education. Concrete examples of using of active and passive employment politics are mentioned in possibilities of unemployment's solutions. Research result of this issue is an evaluation of unemployment's development including influencing factors, efficiencies of employment politics and recommendations for job applicants to increase their labour market's use.
