Parental Participation During Children's Hospitalisation From the Perspective of Nurses

The aim of this thesis was to describe how nurses communicate and cooperate with parents of hospitalized children. The theoretical part of the thesis includes data from specialized literature dealing with children's hospitalization from past to present, their common hospitalization with parents let us say mothers. The practical part focus of my interest was issue of parents staying on hospital department and bilateral communication between nurses and parents. They were researched the following facts: · The age of nurses does not affect the experience with parents in hospital and it does not affect the interest in further education in the field of communication. · The majority of nurses convey needed information to the parents but problems occur in the cooperation of parents and the medical staff. · University education has a positive effect on parents-nurses communication. · Nurses from the intensive care unit are of the opinion parents do not assist them in their work and would prefer a closed department without parents while nurses from the standard children's department think the opposite. · The majority of nurses view parental presence for the children as beneficial. · Nurses would welcome the creation of an information brochure that would provide relevant information for parents. Marketing Mix of Wine Shop

The diploma thesis deals with an analysis of marketing mix of the wine shop, which name is Vinotéka a radniční sklep Moravský sommelier® in Lednice. The main objective is to make and recommend suggestions to improve actual marketing mix of company. Concrete suggestions are based on outputs of the current situation analysis, outputs of the SWOT analysis and outputs of the questionnaire research.

Analysis of the motivation system within a selected company

The aim of this study is to analyze employee incentive in a select company according to various criteria. The first part of the study is focused on motivational stimuli, motivation theories, motivation program and other theoretical bases related to this issue. Based on these results were analyzed and compared current motivation incentives within a company by using a questionnaire. The aim of this questionnaire was to examine motivational triggers and current employee experiences. All obtained results compiled and concluded into recommendations.

Comparison of selected supermarket chains in Czech Republic

The goal of this bachelor work is to compare selected supermarket chains in Czech Republic from the given perspective. The main pursuit of this work is to set pros and cons of each chain and to compare their action and influence on the czech market. It focuses on the history and the progress of retail chains from the WWI until present. Then this work distinguishes these four chains, Tesco, Kaufland, Billa and ESO MARKET and in the last part it tries to compare four concrete branch stores of these companies.
