Optimization of the documentation management system for the end customer in a manufacturing company

The aim of this diploma thesis is the optimization of a documentation management system for an end customer in a manufacturing company specializing in the production of hydraulic aggregates. The main objective of the work is to improve the process of preparing product documentation. For this purpose, the methods of Six Sigma philosophy were used. After the analysis of the current state, measures were proposed to meet the set objectives and then the selected measures were implemented and technically and economically evaluated.

Within the specific machinery, a list of relevant harmonized standards, a list of possible hazards and an overview of calculations with a particular calculation of the safe cover thickness is prepared.
