Project Management and Optimization

This bachelor´s thesis with the topic "Project management and optimization" is focused on mediation services between german and czech and german and russian market and then to increase sales of firefighting spray application (plasters) produced in France and imported by PROMAT company. The main roles in this project have companies DOPOS HK s.r.o., COMETEC and PROMAT PRAHA. There are not any contacts from the russian side yet. In my thesis I´m going to analyze mentioned companies as well as home and foreign markets, I will describe the problems, which the companies see around, and by this project I will try to minimize this problems or clear them away completely to reach the target.

Full-time classes for gifted children in Czech elementary schools

Pred presným vymezením predmetu práce bych nejprve ráda ctenáre zorientovala, v jaké oblasti pedagogických ved se budeme pohybovat. V nejširším smyslu slova je tématem práce pedagogika nadaných, v zahranicí tedy oblast zavedená predevším pod anglickým názvem "gifted education". Jedná se o oblast lidského zájmu, která má urcité koreny už ve staroveku a složitou historii, jak názorne uvidíme pri težkostech s definováním pojmu nadání a talent (2.1.1). V posledních nekolika desetiletích se stává tematizování speciálních potreb detí s mimorádným nadáním urcitým trendem, a to jak u odborné verejnosti po celém svete, tak i ve školsko-politické oblasti. Hmatatelným výrazem trendu muže být napr. skutecnost, že jde v soucasnosti o jednu z cílových skupin, ke kterým své financní prostredky pro oblast pocátecního vzdelávání smeruje Evropská unie. V rámci širokého pole zájmu pedagogiky nadaných si budeme vybírat otázky z oblasti školní didaktiky vztažené k mimorádne nadaným žákum. Ze zavedených didaktických kategorií nás tu obzvlášte zajímá tzv. forma výuky, protože práce bude zkoumat reálné fungování a vhodnost jedné z možných forem školní edukace nadaných. Onou formou je speciální výberová trída v rámci základní školy, která má krom speciálních i "obycejné" trídy. Presnejší odlišení zkoumané formy od jejích alternativ...

Dialogue methods in adult education

My Bachelor final paper describes the possibilities and limits of using chosen dialogue methods in adult education. Chapter One explores the contents and etymology of the concepts of dialogue, discussion, debate and method. Chapter Two places dialogue methods within the context of adult education methodology, names some theoretical reasons for their existence and mentions a couple of common techniques. Chapters Three to Five each introduce one complex system of methods based on dialogue; Socratic dialogue in the Nelson-Heckmann tradition, academic debating and Open Space Technology. Each chapter initially states the origin and philosophical background of the method in question, then explains how the method usually operates and eventually discusses its chances of being used in everyday adult education. Chapter Six compares the three previously described methods. Chapter Seven contains a description and an analysis of the theory of dialogue education by the American adult educator Jane Vella. The chapter also offers some case studies that illustrate the theory.
