Modeling and simulation of public investment project risk
Pavelková, Martina ; Hromádka, Vít (referee) ; Lacko,, Branislav (referee) ; GŐTZOVÁ,, Dagmar (referee) ; Korytárová, Jana (advisor)
The results of the investment projects are dependent on the quality of project preparation in the pre-investment stage and well-executed implementation. High-quality preparation of the projects, their evaluation and selection of require key risk factors and uncertainties, the impact of these factors on the results of the project and consider measures on their elimination or reduction. The purpose of the risk management of the project is therefore in advance to know the sources of possible threats to the project and to prepare measures that would lead to a reduction in the potential impacts for the project to an acceptable value. The basic aim of project risks management is then increase the likelihood of their success and to minimize the risk of such failure, including their rejection of the venture project too, which could threaten the financial stability of the investor and lead to its decline. The thesis is focused on the examination of the different approaches to identification of risks and uncertainties and their subsequent evaluation on investment project of public corporations, including the impact of the preparation of the project on its own implementation and subsequent operation. At the same time they recommended possible measures to reduce the risk of this project in terms of their costs and the size of the risk reduction. Part of the work is also an analysis of the risks and benefits of the projects planned, realized and terminated by The South Moravian Region and the draft Project Risk Register and the Project Opportunities Register, where appropriate, the risk management process for The Regional Authority of The South Moravian Region.

Documentary treatise about manipulation of human subjects. Through parts of articles made me put my raw, violent, but also their perceptions of a new kind selected objects. These are then observed for some time the object and its environment naturally or artificially and received through photographic documentation of the captured territory.
Visible
Pavelková, Martina ; Kunze, Jan (referee) ; Klodová, Lenka (advisor)
The moving installation Visible is composed of parts of the classical painting, wooden slats and canvas. It represents the inner walls 8 anonymous portraits of dead children. They represent cruel and incomprehensible pain that a one can commit. Rotating an object is inspired by children's toys, children's carousel and its symbolism and design solutions to commemorate military mobile tent. Object carousel has an octahedral shape with a roof, levitates in the air space, not touching the ground and without a defined border.
Osmolality of Parenteral Preparations. Phosphates 1.
Pavelková, Martina ; Šklubalová, Zdeňka (advisor) ; Mužíková, Jitka (referee)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradci Králové Department of: Department of Pharmaceutical Technology Consultant: Doc. PharmDr. Zdeňka Šklubalová, Ph.D. Student: Mgr. Martina Pavelková Title of Thesis: Osmolality of parenteral preparations. Phosphates 1. The aim of this work was to prepare aqueous solutions of disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, in the concentration range from 0.01 to 0.3 mol/kg respectively mol/l and to measure their density and osmolality. Density with increasing temperature in the range from 15řC to 40řC decreased nonlinearly; the relationship was described by quadratic regression equations. At constant temperature, the density of disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, is directly proportional to the concentration. Osmolality increases with molal and molar concentration increases, the dependence was described by quadratic regression equation with a coefficient of determination 0.8759 for molal solutions and 0.8591 for molar solutions. From the measured values of osmolality was determined molal osmotic coefficient, whose values decrease when a concentration of the solution increased. The average density value of each of the solutions at temperature of 25řC were used for the mutual conversion between molality and molarity and to estimate the...
Osmolality of parenteral preparations. Potassium phosphate.
Pavelková, Martina ; Šklubalová, Zdeňka (advisor) ; Mužíková, Jitka (referee)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradci Králové Department of: Department of Pharmaceutical Technology Consultant: Doc. PharmDr. Zdeňka Šklubalová, Ph.D. Student: Martina Pavelková Title of Thesis: Osmolality of parenteral preparations. Potassium phosphate. In this work the density and osmolality of aqueous solutions of potassium dihydrogen phosphate was measured in the a concentration range from 0.02 to 1.0 mol/kg and/or mol/l, respectively. When increasing the temperature in the a range from 15řC to 40řC density decreased but the relationship was not linear. At constant temperature the density was directly proportional to the concentration of solution. The dependence between concentration and osmolality was described by a quadratic regression with the coefficient of determination 0.9997 for molal and molar solutions. The solution density at 25řC was used for mutual conversion between the molarity and molality and for estimation of the osmolarity in accordance to USP. Out of three studied methods the most accurate method of osmolarity estimation was the method utilizing the partial specific volume of the solute, which slightly increasinged when a concentration of the solution increased. For potassium dihydrogen phosphate, the mean partical specific volume of 0.31 ml/g could be...
