Stochastic dominance in portfolio optimization

The main topic of this thesis is the application of stochastic dominance constrains to portfolio optimization problems. First, we recall Markowitz model. Then we present portfolio selection problems with stochastic dominance constraints. Finally, we compare performance of these two approaches in an empirical study presented in the last chapter.

Název práce: Vývoj základní motorické výkonnosti studentů 1. ročníků prezenčního bakalářského studia Matematicko-fyzikální fakulty Univerzity Karlovy v Praze od roku 1992 do roku 2011. Klíčová slova: tělesná zdatnost, motorická výkonnost, motorické schopnosti, motorické testy, sekulární trend Cílem práce je zjistit vývoj základní motorické výkonnosti studentů 1. ročníků prezenčního bakalářského studia na Matematicko-fyzikální fakultě Univerzity Karlovy ve vybraných motorických testech od roku 1992 do roku 2011. Ke splnění cíle jsou použity výsledky terénních plně standardizovaných motorických testů za posledních 20 let. Testování se zúčastnilo 6 768 studentů (z toho 5456 mužů a 1312 žen). Výsledky šetření ukazují zhoršení výkonnosti ve všech použitých motorických testech a jednoznačně negativní trend vývoje základní motorické výkonnosti studentů (mužů i žen) od roku 1992 do roku 2011.
