Measurement and analysis of vibration with OCTAVIS system

This thesis is focus at diagnostics of processing machines by diagnostics of vibration with the OCTAVIS system. There is mentioned a view of the present vibration monitoring methods, description of developed diagnosis bench, measuring in this bench and measuring of the chosen production machine.
Design of turning machine

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the construction of a small turning machine for metal cutting, designated mainly for a home usage. A part of the thesis is also a recherche of turning machines of the same category, which are sold on our market. In the thesis, there are resolved basic constructional problems in range of the project and optimalization of the parameters according to the needs of this small machine. To create a 3D model of this turning machine, 3D modeller SolidWorks 2004 was used. From the created model there were generated assembly drawings sequentially that are enclosed to this thesis also in printed copies.
